COFFEE STORY.

This is our 3rd year carrying a natural processed coffee from the Umoco Washing Station- previously, Ruvumu Natural- and we love their “Burundi Specialty Seeds” Project. This coffee comes from the Remera Community, one of the hills around the washing station, and is dried on beds until it is 50% of it’s natural weight, moved to a warehouse for 3-5 days in bags for yeast fermentation, then moved back to raised beds for about 3 weeks. This process results in an incredibly clean, fruit forward, and light bodied natural process coffee. This is a wonderfully light coffee for the summer!
