Anasora Natural

The Anasora Washing Station is owned by Kershanche Trading, the largest specialty exporter in Ethiopia. Around 350 small family producers from the surrounding area deliver their coffee cherries to Anasora, where they process both washed & natural process coffees. We visited Anasora in January 2024. It is a beautiful site, sitting at the top of a hill with drying beds going down the hillside, and a picturesque view of the surrounding Ethiopian Highlands. This is a superb Ethiopian natural, with deep berry and so much florality- think more violet than jasmine. We think it tastes like the color purple!
