Cheer

Cheer is back for the winter season! We are playing the hits with a similar blend.. 70% of the blend is “Farms of Atitlan”, which includes the producers from Toliman we’ve used in Cheer previously, the other 30% of the blend is Habtamu Aga Ethiopia. We are getting loads of dessert flavors- chocolate, vanilla, caramelized sugar- with a nice dried fruit acidity, a slightly floral nose, and a hint of warm baking spices in the finish. Cheers!
