Las Brisas Reserve.

This is our 7th year working with the producers of Las Brisas. Our importing partners have worked diligently to grow this group from 9 producers in 2015 to over 80 this year. Tolima is very remote and difficult terrain, so this outlay of resources has been well received and thr programs Caravela runs to improve quality and financial outcomes have had strong buy-in from the community. This lot represents the best coffees from the best producers in the group. We find many of the same flavor notes as our Las Brisas lot- stonefruit, custardy desserts, cloves & cardamom- as well as a refined sweetness, florality and more dynamic ripe fruity acidity.
