Los Rosales Reserve.

We have been purchasing this coffee from southern Colombia since 2017, and year our importing partners at Caravela have been working with producers in the area since 2012. The Reserve Lot is from the best coffee received to the warehouse in Buesaco from a handful of producers that contribute to the standard lot we just offered. Narino is one of the highest and dryest coffee growing
regions in the world, and the incredibly dense coffees from this area are well developed and sweet. We find this coffee to be sweeter and juicier than the main lot we purchase. It has some of the same tart tannic quality, but we find that it is softer and more balanced.
