Staycation.

Staycation is back for a 10th year! We always love this seasonal blend of washed and natural process Ethiopian coffees. It is once again comprise of 2 coffee from our partners  at Keffa- YirgZ & Ardi- who we have worked with since we started in 2013. In addition to big bright berry, Ardi has lime and peach acidity and a very juicy body. The YirgZ has a profile full of bright citrus, jasmine and black tea. Blended together, we get a coffee that is anchored with fruit but drinks much more like a washed coffee- bright, citrus, berry, floral- with fruity aromatics.
